This information is essential for us to confirm the availability of the cargo bike, prepare the rental agreement, issue the appropriate receipt/invoice, and contact you if we need to communicate with you regarding your pickup or booking.
Secure online payments
For maximum security, we never store your full credit card information on our servers. Payments are processed encrypted through secure third-party payment gateways. We only receive notification of the payment so we can block the card in your name.
Use of Cookies
On our site we mainly use technical cookies, which are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the rental process. For example:
